It is the Greene County 100 Club's policy to conduct its affairs in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and to observe the highest standards of business ethics. the Greene County 100 Club intends that the spirit as well as the letter of those standards is followed by all directors, officers and employees of the Greene County 100 Club.
The board of directors is responsible for the corporate governance of the Greene County 100 Club. Corporate governance is a matter of high importance and is undertaken with due regard to all of our stakeholders and our role in the community.
